1. Take Responsibility for your health first....then you will know how to care for the earth. Your voice, thoughts, insights, matter tremendously to the well-being of us all. Please honour YOURSELF
**educate yourself about big pharma, the food industries, codex alimentarius and world health organization. They are controlling what is considered "food" and are totally profit oriented and CORRUPT/biased towards $ and not health for the individuals. This is a very deep rabbit hole so to speak.
2. Learn about your body
** You are frequency beings(made of energy...this is physics) Learn what your organs and begin to pay attention to how they work and feel. Learn what your vitamin, mineral, and nutrients requirements are, and how to meet those needs with food/herbs first and supplements only as a supplement(not replacement)
3. Mindfully source your foods **Grow your own, learn to wild-craft, spend your energy($) at farmers markets, family owned shops, and co-ops. Let your $ be your vote. Ask/demand organic and chemical free foods. The big shops(coles and Woolworths etc) use factory farmed produce(even organic) that are grown in ways that deplete the earth, and will be lower in nutrients. SUPPORT ORGANIC FARMERS, they need our support to keep growing in a natural way. Otherwise we will end up with only fake food to eat.
4. Align with Nature and Nature Cycles
** Eat seasonally, these foods contain what our bodies need at that time. Use Natural law(seasons and rhythms) as a way to re-calibrate ourselves. Schuman Resonance is the frequency of the earth and our brains natural resonance(it is affected by EMFs which alter the frequencies)
Natural Law is do no harm, cause no injury. We were born in DIVINE ABUNDANCE, and there is more than enough on this planet for every being to thrive, if the resources were distributed appropriately. Simple acts to follow in all of our actions. Think beyond the first affect of our actions and how that ripples out. As a woman, honour your cycle. rest when you are bleeding, create sacred space and nourish your body/spirit
5. Alkalise your body
**Bacteria/Viruses can't exist in an alkaline state. Learn
causes and cures for acidosis....Mainly what foods to eat and avoid to keep the body alkaline or neutral. 7.0 or above. Sprouted foods, raw foods, soaked/activated seeds and grains, Apple cider vinegar, Fermented Vegetables. Avoid/limit wheat, alcohol, sugar, meat, dairy, refined flours and grains, processed foods, vinegars(except for raw apple cider vinegar)
6. Drink lots of Water
** make it pure water, not tap water which is full of chemicals, and toxins. Speak to councils. water boards and express your right for clean pure water. Flouride is a medication and shouldn't be forced on anyone. It calcifies the pineal gland, which is the activation point of our light body.
Your body is an electric system, 60% water and 60%of hunger is thirst.
7. Mind your gut ...
**Build your biome. Your digestive system is the first line of defense for the immune system. This is where you assimilate your nutrients, produce b vitamins and precursor enzymes for hormones and nervous system health.
Cleanse yourself, through elimination of acid forming foods, fasting periodically to give yourself system a break. include pro-biotics, good fats. Signs of gut problems...skin disorders, IBS, allergies, chronic inflammation, asthma, suppressed immune system
**De-stress the body internally with Food(fermented veggies, sprouted, soaked, and activated), with breathe, and disconnected from EMF. De-stress the spirit by exploring the self. time is art vs time is money. Be mindful of what you are creating in this world. Spend time doing what you love, in nature. Slow down and rest to allow the parasympathetic nervous system to function properly.
**Improve Circulation, blood flow, release carbon dioxide and supports the whole body through massage of organs, muscles and nerves. Gives discipline to calm the mind, produces serotonin, balances sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Self Healing and self learning.
**Giving thanks and moving away from a lack based consciousness into an abundance. Instigating a cooperation based reality instead of a competition based reality. We all have a need to contribute, we don't need competition to evolve, it creates lack. We need cooperation. We are frequency beings....think positive, act positive.
10 Things to do daily in 2016 to improve vitality and be an activist
We hope this year is off to a great healthy start. We've been traveling and teaching over the holidays and are excited to share some new goodness with you all. We've both been activists for a long time in our different ways.. The activist in us is ALIVE and well, with some relevant information to share.
