1 Tbsp Coconut Oil/Ghee
1 small onion chopped
1 cup millet(washed)
½ head of cauliflower(medium sized
2 ¾ cup water
¼ tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried Sage
Saute onion and cauliflower in medium saucepan for 5 minutes
Add millet and saute for another couple of minutes
Add water, bring to a boil and cover.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 25 minutes.
Transfer to Food Processor and blend until creamy
This is an epically adaptable recipe, you can add garlic and ginger with the onions, or thyme, rosemary. You can also blend in turmeric, cook with bone broth, or cashew milk for an extra creamy texture.
