Our Salsa differs from the other RawSisterhood fermented vegetables in the way that it is produced.
We ferment it without salt for 4 weeks, and then fresh ingredients are added. The final ferment occurs in the jars leaving you with a nice sour and spicy condiment.
It's a great compliment to any dish, especially adding that festive kick.
Delicious as an accompaniment to grilled fish, chipotle roasted vegetables, or simply on its own as as dip with chips, crackers and cheese (if that is your fancy).
