In the Master class you will learn about different types of fermented foods and drinks. Primarily, but not limited too, fermented vegetables, kefir, and kombucha. You'll have the opportunity to explore how to use them in your own meals,as mocktails, appetizers, entrees' and mains. Giving you the knowledge to have gut-good meals and parties., as well as how to create your own unique fermented food and drinks.
The "Fermenting Basics" Includes all the why's and how's of your simple fermenting projects, health benefits, and precautions. You will receive booklets and recipes and in most cases, a jar of pro-biotic rich goodness to take home with you.
